About Fastly Compute
Fastly Compute runs application code at Fastly's points of presence using WebAssembly, supporting JavaScript, Rust, Go and C++ with fast cold starts. It includes a key value store and a real time messaging service for stateful work at the edge. It is the closest direct competitor to Cloudflare Workers, and the comparison usually comes down to the runtime model rather than the network.
